WHAT AN EXHAUSTING NIGHT!
My husband Stan and I
are assembling a complicated
gay agenda with many parts
which takes time, like a
500-piece puzzle. Some say
that all we do is work
on our gay agenda. They don’t
see us daring to have dinner
together or taking out the trash.
Maybe they have a straight
agenda that needs constant
attention and fixing.
Tighten up a law. Take
a hammer to even the smallest
dissent. Stan and I
take a break. We watch
a Golden Girls rerun then get back
to our gay agenda, which somehow
never gets finished. We’ll still be
working on it tomorrow.
